Unidentified White/Hispanic Male
Found July 14, 2006 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County

Vital Statistics

Estimated Age: 55 to 65 yrs old
Estimated Height: 5'4"
Estimated Weight: 130 lbs
Hair Color: Gray, fine and wavy, about 3"-5" long.  Some thinning and frontal receding.
Eye Color: Brown
Facial Hair: Bushy beard and mustache.
Tattoos: "Mirian", "True Love", a heart pierced with an arrow and an indecipherable banner over later right upper arm.  Heart and banner "Elsie" won volar right forearm.  Two birds and a heart with a blank banner on lateral left upper arm.
Clothing: He was possibly homeless, dressed in layers of clothing that included:
 a striped, multicolor pullover sweatshirt (unknown brand and size);
black dress pants (unclear brand and size);
a black belt (Coach brand, size 34)
and a pair of women's white sneakers (Nike "Air Max" brand, size 6).
Jewelry: 7 white metal rings, 2 white metal bracelets and 2 white metal watches.
Dentals: Available
Fingerprints: Available
DNA: Available
Estimated Time of Death: 3 to 7 days prior to being found.

Case Details

The victim was pulled from the Delaware River near the United States Coast Guard in an area known as Penn Treaty Park, 1199 North Delaware Avenue, Philadelphia, 19125.  His fingerprints we processed by the FBI but no matches were produced.
