Estimated Height: 5'6"
Estimated Weight: 133 lbs
Hair Color: Black, braided
Eye Color: Brown
Clothing: a light-colored t-shirt (labeled Varsity Sports Champion Team), blue jeans, a bra and black underwear.
Other: Red fingernail polish on both hands.  Black facial hair apparent on chin.
Estimated Time of Death: 3 days prior to being found.
Fingerprints: Not available
Dentals: Available
DNA: mtDNA available in FBI NMPDD

Case Details

The victim was pulled from the Delaware River at Pier 3 in Philadelphia.  A witness reported seeing the decedent jump from the pier on May 24, 2004 at about 4:35pm.
