cross with "Elijah" (her son's name) on left shoulder blade;
picture of a daisy with "Daisy" (her daughter's name) on right shoulder blade;
large butterfly on back of neck;
tattoo on lower back that was originally "Burns" (old boyfriend) but it may have been covered with another tattoo.

Case Details
Jamie was last seen on the morning of Monday, September 26, 2011 at her home in Ross Twp by her children as they were leaving for school. When the children returned home in the afternoon, Jamie's car was still at the home, but she wasn't there. Her purse and cell phone were also missing.
On Saturday, October 8, 2011, more than 50 friends, relatives and volunteers conducted a ground search, concentrating on the area between Route 65 (Ohio River Blvd) in Bellvue Borough and the North Fremont Avenue area of Ross Twp. The only things found were a pair of glasses and sandals but it is unknown if those items belong to Jamie.
